Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Frank And Oak pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day window from the delivery date for easy returns and exchanges on all eligible items. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original tags are intact and the package is properly sealed.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
